AWS Artifact makes compliance documents easy to download and share
Customers are no longer required to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before downloading AWS compliance reports from the AWS Artifact service. As such, we have removed the click-through NDA requirement from most compliance reports. Instead, we have added applicable Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) to the first page of every compliance report in AWS Artifact, that details the circumstances under which customers can distribute the applicable report. AWS customers can now share many of the AWS compliance reports (depending on the T&Cs) with their regulators and customers directly, without requiring to contact AWS for such requests.
