Abstract:
At re:Invent in 2018, AWS teased a solution that was used by the Amazon retail teams for managing the lifecycle of short-lived AWS accounts for development and testing purposes. That solution was never released and the manual process for deleting an AWS account is still a disaster. In this talk I present a solution that combines Amazon Connect, AWS Single Sign-On and some magic with headless browser automation to allow users to self-administer their own sandbox accounts.…...more
